ABOUT US

Konyagi Society is branch of around 55 youths mainly from Kijitonyama and few from Mbezi , Kimara and Ubungo and the number is still growing .

The society’s vision is to take Konyagi as a brand to another level through community work and social activities,while enjoying it .
The young people have come in a joint venture for the love of konyagi with many common goals but the first and foremost the main objectives are as follows;

(i) To channel their strength in to community based activities (social activites) e.g Visiting the sick /disabled and orphans .
(ii) To engage in the environmental management activities through clean-up exercise and tree planting in the public areas.
(iii) To sensitize the youth on AIDS related issues (absteinance and safe sex ) in relation to alcohol.
